Paramount Pool Services Urgent Update:

The swimming pool industry has been affected severely.  Many pool companies are going out of business as they cannot afford to continue.  To put it simply the cost of chemicals, labor, fuel, and all the overhead expense outweighs the price of pool service.  On top of that there is a labor shortage as it seems no one wants to work. If they do... it is definitely not out there in the hot sun and the harsh elements.  We are paying our techs more than normal just so they do not leave us.  As it stands now, we are backed up at least 2-3 weeks when it comes to the repairs.

As for pool service we are not taking on any new pools on service as we are full and do not have more manpower.  We are getting inundated with calls from homeowners that lost their previous pool company and want to sign up for pool service with us, but there is nothing we can do for them as we can not take on the workload.

We all know that this is nothing new and no one should be caught off guard as we can all turn on the news and see what’s going on out there in today’s world.  You buy a bag of potato chips, and the price went up and the size of the bag got smaller.  We as a company can only do so much, we do try our best for all our customers and have absorbed as much as we possibly can.

We are at a point where we must increase the cost of pool service.  Each account will be reviewed and adjusted accordingly, the price increase will only be what is right and what is fair. We hope you understand.  Thank you for your patience and for your business.
